Christeyns uses low impact washing technology, reducing wash temperatures and water usage to minimise the environmental impact of the process, the PAA wash process reduces chemical damage of textiles greatly extending textile life and reducing the environmental impact of cotton production and the effluent issues associated with chlorine.  In Bradford we have solar panels and a voltage optimiser to help reduce the carbon foot print of our manufacturing process (we use only green electricity from our supplier also)

A bath sheet needs 15,000l of water and 8kg of carbon to grow and make.
